About

Where clinical understanding
meets real-world performance.

I started True North Performance after seeing the same issue again and again. People weren't lacking effort, they were lacking direction.

Most training programmes look good on paper, but don't fit into real life. And without that fit, consistency drops, progress stalls, and injuries creep in.

My background is in physiotherapy, which means I understand how the body works and where things go wrong. But just as importantly, I've spent time in performance environments, as a snowsports instructor and working with active individuals, where your body has to hold up day after day.

Whether you're preparing for a ski season or simply want to stay strong and capable long-term, what I focus on is simple: helping you find a way of training that actually fits your life, your body, and your goals, and then guiding you through it consistently.

No extremes. No generic templates. Just structured training, adapted to you, with the support and accountability to make it stick.
